Coinbase -- Coinbase enters the derivatives market with round the clock derivatives trading (Ticker Symbol CDE). It’s the first regulated crypto exchange for Bitcoin derivatives. According to the Wall Street Journal, it acquired Deribit in a $2.3 Billion deal. See for more details:

IBM -- IBM announced plans to invest $150 billion in the U.S. over the next five years to fuel the economy and to accelerate its role as the leader in IT. IBM has the largest collection of quantum computers and will continue building them. Already 300 of the Fortune 500 companies are accessing the technology via IBM’s Quantum Network.

Stargate Project -- Meanwhile, companies like Amazon and HP are racing to build infrastructure for AI. OpenAI, SoftBank and Oracle have announced the Stargate Project, a $500 billion initiative to build the infrastructure for AI. Their first data center will be in Abilene Texas, and they intend to build another one in the middle east.

Super Micro Computer -- Super Micro Computer (SMCI) saw its share price increase 41% in May after announcing deals with Digi Power X and US Data Centers, to support their Data Center operations. Also, the company is in talks with Data Volt to explore infrastructure possibilities in Saudi Arabia. SMCI currently trades at $39.59.

Hyundai Motor Group and Boston Dynamics -- As part of a $6 Billion initiative, Hyundai Motor Group announced a strategic partnership in April of this year, with Boston Dynamics to develop innovative robots adapted to manufacturing operations.

Salesforce -- Salesforce, the CRM leader acquired Informatica in a $8 Billion cash deal. The acquisition was announced May 27th. Informatica is a leader in cloud data management.
