Open AI O3 - OpenAI released Open AI O3, a powerful model that pushes the boundaries of what AI can do. Released in mid April, this model is tailored to complex visual tasks such as analyzing images and charts and can be applied to coding, business consulting and creating new ideas. The O4-mini is an optimized version of the O3 aimed at providing high performance functionality.

But according to PhoneArena.com, those features were no where to be seen. Part of the problem was the restriction in using open LLM models. Apple’s chief of software engineering, Craig Federighi, recently allowed Apple Developers to use open LLM models for its Siri. Unfortunately, those features will not be available in Siri until 2026.

It’s the slimmest phone with a thickness of only 6 mm in contrast to the 7.8 mm thick iPhone 16. The model uses the Qualcomm Snap dragon chip with 12 GB RAM and a 200 MP main camera and features a large bright screen. Its priced at $1,100 for a 256 GB model.
