                        <h2 class="secHeading">Customer Disclosure Agreement</h2>
                        <p>
                            Thank you for considering Big Bear Recovery for your off-road recovery needs. Before
                            proceeding, we require you to read and agree to the following terms and conditions. This
                            disclosure is designed to clarify our services, limitations, and your responsibilities as a
                            customer, ensuring a clear understanding of our policies to protect both parties.
                        </p>
                        <p>
                            <strong class="d-block">1. Limitations of Service</strong>
                            Please be aware that not all recoveries are possible due to various factors, including but
                            not limited to the accessibility of small roads, bends, or trails. In some instances, our
                            military-grade M1089A1 wrecker may not be able to reach your location. We will make every
                            effort to assist you, but safety and vehicle limitations may prevent successful recovery.
                        </p>
                        <p>
                            <strong class="d-block">2. Pricing Structure</strong>
                            If you are not a package subscriber, you will be subject to full pricing for recovery
                            services. Our subscription holders receive benefits and discounted rates based on their
                            package type. Please note that recovery requests may be prioritized based on subscriber
                            type, geographical area, the current location of our team, or if equipment is temporarily
                            out of service for maintenance.
                        </p>
                        <p>
                            <strong class="d-block">3. Search and Rescue Services</strong>
                            Our search and rescue (SAR) services are available strictly by agency request only.
                            Individual requests for SAR assistance cannot be accommodated unless they are initiated
                            through the appropriate local agencies.
                        </p>
                        <p>
                            <strong class="d-block">4. Available Services During Recovery</strong>
                            Regardless of the subscription package purchased, the following services will be available
                            during any recovery: emergency welding, air supply, water supply, tire repair, and jump
                            starts. Please note that these services may have a flat rate price if they are not included
                            in your subscription. Additionally, subscriptions come with a 7-day activation hold from the
                            time of purchase, meaning benefits will not be available until this period has elapsed.

                            <strong class="d-block">5. Vehicle Storage and Owner Consent</strong>
                            Any vehicle agreed to be stored will require the owner's consent. The owner must be present
                            at the vehicle during the recovery process and must provide valid identification.
                            Subscription holders are only covered for the specific vehicle registered at the time of
                            purchase. Additionally, the name of the account holder must match the name on the vehicle
                            registration.
