A Note From Our Founder
I’ll always remember advice my older sister gave me when I was a teenager. Start taking care of your skin now and it will pay dividends for years to come. She bought my first skincare products and showed me how to use them – and that was the beginning of my skincare journey. When my daughter became a teen, I shared that same advice with her and now it's my granddaughter’s turn. She knows more about skin care than I ever knew at her age. She buys her own products and shares tips with her friends and when she visits me, one of the first things she does is raid my products to try them. But my products are not made for her skin. And the ingredients in some of the products she buys contain chemicals and active ingredients that could actually damage her skin barrier and weaken her skin health over time.
Yaya Skincare began as a labor of love. I wanted to create products that are natural and effective that I could trust for my daughter and granddaughter. I wanted skincare that nourishes, protects, and strengthens the skin barrier at any age. What started as a personal mission, quickly became something bigger. I realized that strong, healthy skin isn't about age - it's about self-love, consistency, and using ingredients that naturally strengthen skin. Yaya Skincare was born from that philosophy: clean, botanical skincare designed to support and protect your skin every day, no matter where you are in your skincare journey.
