Shipping
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For domestic shipping, you will be able to choose from:

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Yaya Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The email will contain shipping details, the tracking number for your order, a link to the carrier's tracking website, and the estimated delivery date. You can find tracking information by clicking on the Track My Order button in the Quick Links section of the website or by checking your Dashboard in your account.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Yaya Skincare products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations as processing may have begun.
